Caterpillar to cocoon to butterfly!
We have watched the tiny caterpillars turn into beautiful butterflies. Today we were very excited as the cocoons finally opened and the butterflies came to say hello one by one. They were very shy at first but as the day went by they opened their wings so that we could see their beautiful symmetircal patterns and colours.

Today it was our chicks last day at school. Mr Tandy our caretaker has taken our chicks home to look after them. We had one last cuddle before they went. We received a special certificate for looking after the chicks.
Our new outdoor area is being set up. Our children are having fun exploring the different resources outside.
We were very excited about being able to hold our chicks this week as they are much stronger. They are starting to grow feathers.
